As a LACE Board, we want to hear directly from colleges and employers about what makes LACE membership valuable today — and what would make it even more impactful in the future.

We’ll begin with a few brief updates from the Board and then shift into an open discussion where your feedback, ideas, and experiences will guide the conversation. Topics may include:

What you value most about LACE membership
What originally brought you to LACE — and what keeps you engaged
Resources, tools, or topics you’d like LACE to develop
Ideas for coffee chats, events, or in‑person opportunities
What would make the LACE Conference even more valuable
