Membership in LACE is composed of representatives of two constituencies:

  • Persons engaged in career services activities who are employed by nonprofit degree-granting colleges, universities, community and junior colleges in Louisiana.
  • Any employer representative (excluding contract employees) actively engaged in the recruitment and development of graduates from colleges and universities.
Although membership in LACE is not mandatory for recruiting professionals or college career services professionals, those who do join find the resources available to be invaluable assets in their day-to-day jobs.
